Kit Bag

I made a decision: this time I would invest in my ambitions; that instead of getting frustrated, I would put some effort and time and money into getting better. A kit bag is not just hardware, its the digital darkroom, quality viewing equipment, a good printing house, and the time to read and learn.

As well as my Sony Cybershot, I have a Nikon D700, which I upgraded to from a Nikon D70s, which is now an ornament on my bookcase!

My lens of choice is the Nikon 16-35mm and I have recently added a Nikon 70-200mm f2.8

My Digital Darkroom is a mixture of Aperture 3.x and Nik Software plug-ins which is installed on an Apple iMac 27 inch

For sharing those images I’m not embarrassed to share I have a Flickr account and a cycling blog

For those images I want to hang on my wall I use Whitewall.

My official education started with an OU course, T189, and my current task masters are those good people at OCA.

My unofficial education is driven by my Muse who knows far more about art and aesthetics and imagery than I ever will;  by getting into the habit of taking my camera with me wherever I travel; and by learning about the how and the why of others.
